聚丙烯/玻璃纤维汽车水箱支架结构分析及其性能试验

Structure Analysis and Performance Test of Auto Water Tank Supports Based on Polypropylene/Glass Fiber Composites

摘要: 以某汽车配件厂生产的聚丙烯(PP)/玻璃纤维(GF)水箱支架为例,一方面利用Catia软件对其三维建模并导入到Ansys软件中模拟仿真分析得出应力云图,理论分析得出其刚度和强度符合要求;另一方面通过一系列的性能试验,例如冲击强度试验、旋转扭矩测试、耐候性试验、拔出力试验、老化试验等。结果表明,该水箱支架的性能不仅能满足使用要求而且还能实现轻量化,提高经济性能。

Abstract: This paper reported a case study on structure analysis and performance test for a water tank support based on polypropylene/glass fiber composites. A 3D model was first established with Catia software and then a simulation analysis was carried out with Ansys software to obtain the stress cloud. Rigidity and strength obtained from this model were in accordance with the requirements of theoretical analysis. On the other hand, a series of performance measurements were performed, which included impact, rotation torque, weathering, pull-out and aging tests. The results indicated that not only the performance of auto water tank supports met the requirements, but it also achieved a lightweight nature for a cost-effective demand.
