Research Progress of Triazine- based Charring Agents

摘要: 三嗪系成炭剂依据分子构型可分为小分子、线形大分子和超支化大分子,分别介绍了其合成原料、合成工艺和阻燃效果,重点对采用三聚氯氰、三聚氰胺、异氰尿酸及其衍生物等原料制备的成炭剂进行了评述,分析了不同品种成炭剂的优缺点,并对三嗪系阻燃剂的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract: This paper overviewed the raw materials, synthetic technology and flame retardant effect of triazinebased charring agents in terms of their molecular structures including small molecules, linear macromolecules and hyperbranched macromolecules. Charring agents prepared by using cyanuric chloride, melamine, cyanuric acid and its derivatives as raw materials were emphatically introduced. Moreover, advantages and disadvantages of different types of triazinebased charring agents were analyzed, and their development prospect was discussed.
