摘要: 以氨基功能化聚丙烯( PP-g-NHz)作为PP/那,纳米SiO2复合材料的反应性增容剂,研究了其对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,反应性增容剂的加人能较大幅度提高纳米复合材料的拉伸强度、拉伸模量,尤其是冲击性能,在环氧功能化改性纳米SiO,粒子含量为3%、反应性增容剂含量为10%时,冲击强度提高87%,拉伸强度提高了13%,表现出明显的增强增韧作用。

Abstract: AminefunctionalizedPP(PP-g-NH2)was introduced into PP/nano SiO2, composites as a reac tive compatibilizer.Itshowed that the  tensile strength, Young's modulus, and notched impact strength of the composites were increased at low nano-silica content. When 3 wt % epoxy functionalized nano-sil- ica and 10 wt% PP-g-NH2 were used, the tensile strength and notched impact strength of PP can be in-creased by 13 % and 87 %,respectively.
