摘要: 综述了国内外刹车片用酚醛树脂摩擦复合材料的研究进展,重点介绍了酚醛树脂基体材料的耐热、增韧改性方法,包括化学改性和共混改性。对提高摩擦材料综合性能的各种增强纤维(如碳纤维、芳纶纤维、钦酸钾纤维)也作了简介,并概述了摩擦性能调节剂对材料摩擦性能的影响。最后指出混杂纤维已成为纤维增强体的一个发展趋势,安全、舒适、性能稳定、使用寿命长、环保无噪音将是刹车片用酚醛树脂基摩擦复合材料今后的发展方向。

Abstract: The research progress of phenolic resin composite for brake linings was reviewed on its chemical and blending modification and toughening. The resin was often reinforced with carbon fiber, aramid fiber, or potassium titanate fiber.  The hybrid fibers are the developing trend for the reinforcement Safety,stability, long life, environmental protection, and zero noise are the developing direction of phenolic resin composite for brake linings.
