贝壳粉在聚丙烯树脂改性中的应用研究

摘要: 研究了贝壳粉对聚丙烯(PP)的改性,考察了贝壳粉的添加量及粒径对PP力学性能的影响。结果表明当平均粒径为3.4 urn时,添加量的最佳值为10%,与空白PP相比,拉伸强度提高了2.81%,弯曲模量提高了21.34%,冲击强度提高了66.14%。在弯曲模量和冲击强度的改进上,贝壳粉要优于普通碳酸钙和滑石粉。

Abstract: The effect of the loading and particle size of pearl shell powder on the mechanical properties of PPwas investigated.Whenthe content of pearl shell powder ( average particle size 3.4 um) was 10wt%,the tensile strength ofPP increased bv 2.81 %,flexural modulus by 21.34 %,and impact strength by 66.14%,compared wih neat PP. The improvement caused bv pearl shell powder was better than that by calcium carbonate and talc.
