摘要: 制备了增强阻燃聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)合金。向PBT/PET合金中添加成核母粒Nu-2,研究了添加成核母粒后PBT/PET合金的结晶性能和力学性能。结果表明:PBT/PET合金为非晶区相容而晶区不相容的共混体系。PET的加入影响了PBT的结晶,并且随着PET含量的增大,合金的结晶速度变慢。成核母粒Nu-2的加入不但加快了PET结晶速度,还抑制了聚酯的酯交换反应,同时不会降低合金的力学性能。

Abstract: A series glass fiber reforced and flame retardant PBT/PET alloy engineering plastics were prepared. The crystallization of alloy was studied. Nucleation master-batches Nu-2 were used in alloy to increase crystallization. The result is that: PBT/PET alloy amorphous phase is compatibility, while crystal region is phase separation. PET blocks the crystallization of PBT. The more PET added the lower crystallization speed. Nucleation master-batches Nu-2 is a kind of good nucleation-accelerator. It not only accelerates the crystallization of PET but also control the transesterification of alloy. At the same time, the mechanical properties are close to that of neat PBT engineering plastics.
