聚(丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酸)/纳米有机蒙脱土复合材料的制备与性

Preparation and Properties of P(BA-AA)/Nano-OMMT Composites

摘要: 采用乳液插层聚合法制备聚(丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酸)/有机蒙脱土(P(BA -AA)/nano-OMMT)复合材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和红外光谱分析(FT-IR)对其结构和微观形态进行表征;用热失重(TGA)研究了复合材料的热稳定性,并考察了其力学性能。结果表明:当单体BA与AA配比为3:2时,蒙脱土片层部分产生剥离,形成了插层与剥离型的纳米复合材料;当OMMT用量在3~7wt%时,均能使复合体系热稳定性明显提高,其中蒙脱土含量为7wt%,热稳定性最高;且OMMT的加入能有效提高复合材料的拉伸强度。

Abstract: Emulsion polymerization was adopted in the preparation of P(BA-AA)/organically modified nano montmorillonite (nano-OMMT) composite. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR) were used to characterize the structures of the composites. The thermal stability was examined by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA),and mechanical properties of the composites were also tested. When monomer ratio BA-AA was 3:2,partially intercalated and partially exfoliated nanocomposite was obtained. Adding 3%~7% nano-OMMT can significantly improve thermal stability of the composites. When the nano-OMMT mass fraction was 7%,its thermal stability was the highest. The addition of nano-OMMT effectively improved the tensile strength of the composites.
