摘要: 聚合物水辅共注成型是一种成型内表面光滑致密的高性能多层复合中空塑料制品的新型创新性先进成型技术,可弥补气辅共注成型制品内表面疏松导致制品机械强度下降的缺陷。熔体剪切变稀特性是控制水辅共注成型过程水与芯层熔体穿透过程以及制品内表面品质的关键控制参数,为此本文通过建立的全三维非稳态非等温水辅共注成型过程有限元数值模拟算法与技术,系统研究了芯层熔体剪切变稀特性对水辅共注成型水与芯层熔体的穿透过程和前沿界面运动稳定性的影响规律,并揭示了其机理。研究结果表明随着芯层熔体剪切变稀特性增加,水辅共注成型水和芯层穿的透深度增大,这有利于细长制品的水辅共注成型。然而芯层熔体剪切变稀特性的增加会使水与芯层熔体前沿移动界面流动趋于不稳定,严重影响制品内表面成型品质。

Abstract: Polymer water-assisted co-injection molding is a new and innovative advanced molding technology of molding inner surface smooth, dense, high-performance multi-layer composite hollow plastic products, and may make up for the inner surface porosity defects of gas-assisted co-injection molding products which leads to decline in the mechanical strength of products. The melt shear –thinning effect characteristics is the key control parameters of controlling the penetration process of water or core melt, and the inner quality of water assisted co-injection molding products. Therefore, the influencing rules of the melt shear –thinning effect characteristics on the penetration process of water or core melt and the front moving interface flow stability for water-assisted co-injection molding process were systematic studied by means of the established the full three-dimensional unsteady and non-isothermal finite element numerical simulation algorithm and technology of water-assisted co-injection molding process, and the influencing mechanisms were finally revealed by theoretical analysis. Research results show that with the increase in the shear-thinning effect characteristics of core melt, the water and core melt penetration depth increase, which is conducive to water-assisted co-injection molding process of slender plastic products, but the increase in the shear-thinning effect characteristics of core melt make the front moving interface between water and core melt tend to be unstable, which affects seriously the inner surface quality of water-assisted co-injection molding products.
