黑色聚酰亚胺薄膜研究进展

摘要: 介绍了国内外黑色聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜材料的研究现状,重点综述了绝缘、抗静电、导电及导热4大类黑色PI薄膜的研究进展,包括引入导电或非导电炭黑颜料、无机或有机类消光剂、陶瓷类填料等材料以及采用预处理、共混或原位聚合的方式制备黑色PI薄膜。同时,概述了国内外黑色PI薄膜的产业化现状,并对黑色PI薄膜的研究趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: Recent research and industrial production of black polyimide film were reviewed, including four classes, insulation, antistatic, electrically conductive, and thermal conductive ones. The frequently used additives, conductive and nonconductive carbon black pigments, inorganic or organic matting agents, and frequently used methods, such as ceramic packing, adopt pretreatment, mixing, and in situ polymerization were discussed. In the end, development trend of the black polyimide films was predicted.
