抗划伤剂对聚碳酸酯/晶须硅体系性能的影响

摘要: 利用抗划伤剂对质量分数为5 %的晶须硅改性后的聚碳酸酯/晶须硅体系进行抗划伤改性,通过铅笔硬度计、维卡仪、电子万能试验机和高压流变仪分别测定其改性后的抗划伤性能、热力学性能、力学性能和流变性能。结果表明,抗划伤剂对聚碳酸酯/5 %晶须硅体系抗划伤改性的最佳配方为:聚碳酸酯/5 %晶须硅/1.2 %抗划伤剂,此时的铅笔硬度达到2H。

Abstract: Scratchresistant agent was introduced into PC system containing five percent of silicon whisker. Scratch resistant properties, thermodynamic properties, mechanical properties, and rheological behavior of the modified PC system were studied using pencil tester, vicat apparatus, electronic universal testing machine, and highpressure rheometer. It was found that the PC system with the best scratch resistance properties was PC/5 % silicon whisker/1.2 % scratchresistant agent, which reached a pencil hardness of 2H.
