塑料管材双向拉伸技术的研究进展

摘要: 介绍了材料的自增强机理和可用来双向拉伸的材料,并介绍了几种国内外主要的双向拉伸技术和装置,以及各自的工作原理和工艺流程,讨论了双向拉伸技术对管材性能的影响,最后通过数据分析得出:拉伸取向在提高管材的强度和韧性的同时,减小了管材的壁厚。

Abstract: This paper introduced the materials, technology, equipments, working principle,and self-reinforcement mechanism in biaxial-drawing process. The influence of biaxial-drawing on the performance of pipes was discussed. Based on date analysis, it was proposed that the orientation may result in enhanced strength and toughness of pipes with smaller wall thickness.
