淀粉基生物可降解薄膜的制备及性能研究

Preparation and Properties of Starch-based Biodegradable Film

摘要: 将环氧氯丙烷(EDH)改性玉米淀粉与线性低密度聚乙烯(PE-LLD)、低密度聚乙烯(PE-LD)、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯共混,以环氧大豆油作为增塑剂,加入少量三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)增弹成分,并通过不同吹膜成型方法制备了厚度为0.012 mm的可降解薄膜,采用红外光谱分析、扫描电子显微镜等测试手段对该薄膜的性能进行了研究。结果表明,当改性淀粉含量达到70%时,薄膜仍具有优良的力学性能;用旋转模头吹膜有助于提高淀粉含量。

Abstract: A starch-based biodegradable film was prepared from linear low density polyethylene (PE-LLD), low density polyethylene (LDPE), epichlorohydrin (EDH) and modified-corn starch using epoxy soybean oil as a plasticizer, a small amount of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) was used as a compatibilizer. The film could maintain excellent mechanical properties with content of modified starch up to 70%. FTIR was used to characterize the modified starch and SEM was used to observe the morphology of the film before and after the modification. When a rotating mould head was used, the maximum content of starch could be further increased.
