摘要: 使用POLYFLOW软件对HAAKE混合器中PE-LLD/SBS体系共混过程进行了三维等温数值模拟。通过对混合器位置、转子转速、分散相比例和温度等因素的分析,研究了PE-LLD/SBS熔体在HAAKE混合器中SBS相浓度随时间的分布的规律。并通过实验对模拟结果进行验证,结果表明数值模拟与实验结果有较好的吻合。

Abstract: The iso-thermal blend process of two polymer melts in HAAKE mixer were numerically 3-D simulated using FEM software POLYFLOW. The mixing mechanism of PE-LLD/SBS melts in HAAKE mixer was revealed by analyzing position, rotating speed, ratio of disperse phase, and temperature. The simulated data was agreed well with experimental results.
