摘要: 本研究以股状轴为研究对象,阐述了CAE建模过程,利用Moldflow软件,求解塑件最佳浇口位置、优化注射成型工艺参数、确定了冷热流道结合的浇注系统设计方案。通过充填、冷却和翘曲等模拟分析,验证了设计方案的合理性与可靠性,为股状轴注射模的设计和制造奠定了基础。

Abstract: Pivot was taken as a sample. The CAE modeling of plastic was expounded. With software Moldflow, the optimal gate location was obtained, and the processing parameters of injection mould were optimized, and design plan for injection system was determined. By simulating the flow, cooling and warp age, the rationality and reliability of the design plan were conformed, which constituted a basis for the design of pivot.
