摘要:

根据塑件的形状特点应用UG软件设计了1模1腔的单分型面热流道模具。针对产品侧向脱模容易发生变形及模具空间距离的限制等问题,应用了模具机构的设计经验,创新性的在小滑块中设计了顶针,小滑块叠大滑块的液压抽芯机构,着重分析了模具其他各个系统的设计要点。最终实践生产证明该模具结构设计合理先进,实现产品的自动化生产,塑件的各项指标均符合要求。

Abstract:

According to the characteristics of plastic parts, a single?parting surface and hot?runner mold with one module and one cavity was designed by using the UG software. For the lateral demolding products easy to generate some problems like deformation and the limitation in mold space distance, we designed an ejector in the small slider and a hydraulic core?pulling mechanism with small sliders on the top of big sliders, and emphatically analyzed the key points for the design of each system in the mold. The practice production proved that the structural design of the mold were reasonable and advanced to realize the automatic production of products, and all of performance index could meet the requirements for the plastic parts.
