Preparation and Property of x-PA6/GF/Boehmite Nano-composites

摘要: 采用熔融共混的方法制备了高流动性聚酰胺6(x-PA6)/玻璃纤维(GF)/勃姆石(Boehmite)纳米复合材料。在GF含量不变(25 %,质量分数,下同)的情况下,考查了Boehmite含量对复合材料力学性能、耐热性能、导热性能及微观形态的影响。结果表明,在实验范围内,复合材料的力学性能、耐热性能及导热性能均随着Boehmite含量的增加而提高,当Boehmite含量增至15 %时,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、热变形温度及热导率分别提高了10.1 %、8.1 %、10.5 %、85.48 %; Boehmite的加入能有效促进GF的分散,且自身能均匀地分布于x-PA6基体中。

Abstract: A new type of fillers, boehmite(BM),was utilized in the preparation of x-PA6 based composites. As the amount of BM increased, the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of the composite were improved When the content of BM was 15 wt%,the tensile strength, flexural strength,heat distortion temperature(HDT), and thermal conductivity of the composites were increased by 10.1 %,8.1 %,10.5 %,and 85.48 %, respectively Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that BM was well dispersed in x-PA6/GF matrix.
