一种新型成核剂对聚丙烯结晶行为的影响

摘要: 分别制备了均聚聚丙烯(PP)(T30S)/新型成核剂(NA)和共聚PP(EPC30R)/NA体系,采用差示扫描量热仪、偏光显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪考查了成核剂NA对2种PP结晶行为的影响。结果表明,添加该类新型成核剂不仅提高了2种PP的结晶峰温度和结晶度,减小了晶粒尺寸,增大了结晶速率,还改变了PP的晶型结构;加入0.3%(质量分数,下同)的NA时,均聚PP和共聚PP的冲击强度分别提高了95 %和43 %。

Abstract: A new nucleating agent (NA) was applied to homopolypropylene (T30S) and copolymerizedpolypropylene (EPC30R), and the systems were characterized using differential scanning calorimetry,scanning electron microscopy,polarizing microscope,and Xray diffraction.The effect of NA on crystallization behavior and mechanical properties of PP was investigated.It showed that NA could not only enhance the crystallinity and crystallization peak temperature,decrease the spherulite size dramatically, and increase the crystallization rate,but also change crystal structure of PP.The notch impact strengths of T30S and EPC30R containing 0.3 % of NA were about 95 % and 43 % higher than their neat ones.
