Abstract

Abstract: This paper introduced the sort and basic information of polymer devolatilizition equipment, especially the twin screw extruder, its advantages, development, and application in polymer devolatilizition. Based on the industrial practice, the devolatilization technology, the design requirements of corotating twin screw extruders and the assessory were introduced.
