Abstract: Polytetrafluoroethylene/polybenzoate (PTFE/POB) composites, in which POB particles filled PTFE matrix, were prepared by cold molding and sintering in the air. The non-isothermal crystallization behavior of PTFE/POB composites was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and the Jeziorny equation was used to analyze the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics. As the cooling rate increased, peak temperature shifted to a lower temperature, crystallinity temperature the peak became wider, and crystallinity reduced. The addition of POB increased crystallinity and the crystallization rate of PTFE.
