Abstract: Polypropylene, metallocene polyethylene(mPE), and slip agents were blended forming a heat sealing film through three-layer co-extruded casting. The effect of polypropylene, heat-sealing temperature, the thickness, and the cooling roll temperature of the film on heat-sealing properties of the film were investigated. When 40 parts of TF400 and 60 parts of SFC-750M were used in the heat-sealing layer, the cooling roll temperature was 22.6 ℃, the heat-sealing strength could reach 16.44 N/15 mm, and the initial heat-sealing temperature could be lowered to 105 ℃.
