Abstract: The classification of warpage, causes of forming warpage, and the characterizations of warpage deformation were summarized. The factors that effected warpage, including materials, parts structure, mould structure, and processing parameter, were analyzed. The application of computer aided engineering technique in analysis of warpage deformation of injection molding plastic parts was introduced. Besides, the methods for solving warpage were presented.
