Abstract: According to the size and structure characteristics of the 32 inch LCD TV shell，a mold structure was designed, in which a direct injection system, a push mechanism with rod and tube, a custom semi-finished mold, and a pneumatic side core-pulling institution were adopted. The structure and working principle of the mold were satisfactory for the fully filling of plastic melt and plastic parts with high quality were obtained.
