氧化锆对聚丙烯性能和结构的影响研究

Influence of ZrO2 on Morphology and Properties of Polypropylene

摘要: 先将氧化锆ZrO2制成母粒,再用于改性聚丙烯(PP)。研究结果表明ZrO2的加人使PP的拉伸强度有所降低,但PP的简支梁缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率均有较大幅度提高,ZrO2用量为0.3%时,PP的简支梁缺口冲击强度达到13.7KJ/m2。差示扫描量热分析和偏光显微镜观察发现,随着ZrO2用量增加,PP的结晶温度逐渐提高,而球晶尺寸逐渐减小,ZrO2具有明显的成核作用。广角X衍射分析表明,ZrO2的加人使PP产生了俘结晶,并且俘晶型的含量随ZrO2场用量的增大而增加。

Abstract: In this paper, Zrq was applied to modify polypropylene (PP).The tensile strength of PPdecreases when ZrO2 was added, while the notched Charpy impact strength and elongation at break of PP increased considerably. the notched Charpy impact strength of PP reached 13.7 kJ /m2 when the amount of ZrO2 was 0 .3%.the determination of differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and polarizing optical microscope revealed that the crystallization temperature increased and spherulite sizes of PP decreased with increasing amount of ZrO2 .the (3-crystallite of PP was observed by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) when ZrO2 was added, and the content of (3-crystallite increased with increasing amount of ZrO2.
