摘要： 概括了2007年我国聚氯乙烯(PVC)行业发展的总体情况，介绍了截止到2007年底我国PVC的供需状况和市场情况及国内电石、原盐的供需状况，分析了其对电石法PVC生产的影响和目前我国PVC行业状况、生产原料路线和相关产业政策，认为中国的宏观经济形势已经发生了较大变化，PVC和烧碱行业也将会出现拐点，在此基础上对我国PVC行业今后的发展形势进行了一些展望和思考，并指出解决PVC环境问题、实现我国PVC行业可持续发展的方向。

Abstract: The general situations of domestic poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC) industry and market in the year 2007 were introduced including the domestic supply and demand situation of calcium carbide, crude salt, and their effects on the related PVC production. The relationship between the industrial situation
and the national policy was discussed;a turning point in the caustic soda industry was expected in the near future. Some consideration was made on the environmental issues and sustainable development of domestic PVC industry.
