环氧树脂母粒增容聚苯乙烯/三元乙丙橡胶共混物的研究

Effect of EP Compatibilizing Masterbatch on the Blend of PS/EPDM

摘要: 将聚苯乙烯(PS),环氧树脂CEP>,=元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)或份元乙丙橡胶接枝丙烯酸(EPDM-g-AA)种物料通过控制工艺条件和共混程序,得到PS和EPDM分布在环氧网格中特殊结构的增容母粒,再将增容母粒加入PS/EPDM体系中1结果表明,两种增容母粒都能捍高PS/EPDM的冲斤险能,与不加增容母粒的PS/EPDM共混体系相比,采用EPDM为弹性体的增容母粒与PS/EPDM的共混物冲击强度捍高了109%1EPDM在PS中分布最均匀,冲击断面变形最大。固化剂质量为EP质量的15%一20%时,母粒溶解的质量最少,形成环氧网格结构最多,增容效果最好

Abstract: Two special mastcrbatchcs were made by blending epoxy resin(EP>,polystyrene(PS>,and ethylene-propylene-dicnc monomer(EPDM)or acrylic acid grafted ethylene-propylene-dicnc monomer (EPDM-g-nn), which were separately used in the PS/EPDM blends as a compatibilizcr.
While both compatiblizcrs improved the impact strength of PS/EPDM blends,the EPDM based one gave rise to an increase of 109%,compared with the plain blend. The EPDM based compatibilizcr made EPDMdispersed finer in PS matrix,resulting in more plastic deformation in the notch surface than EPDM-g-nn based one. When the curing agent content was 15%一20%,the best compatibilization was achieved,evidenced by the lowest toluene extraction mass.
