摘要: 分别用解析法和数值模拟法研究了聚合物微轮廓挤出成型过程中的在表面张力和挤出膨胀作用下挤出物的形变,并进行了比较,同时分析了表明张力和挤出膨胀共同作用下的形变。研究表明,随着挤出物尺寸的减小,表面张力增大,而表面张力对微轮廓制品在挤出过程中截面形状的变化有明显的影响。提出了减少表面张力的影响的进行精密挤出的策略。

Abstract: The effects of surface tension and die swell on the shape of extrudate during micro profile extrusion were studied and compared both analytically and numerically. As the size of the extrudate reduces, the surface tension increased and affected the cross-sectional shape change significantly. Strategies were proposed to reduce the influence from surface tension and produce precision micro profiles.
