双环戊二烯酚型抗氧剂的高效液相色谱分析及在聚丙烯中的应用研究

摘要: 以对甲酚、双环戊二烯为原料合成了5种双环戊二烯酚型抗氧剂,用高效液相色谱进行了有效分离。分别采用热重分析、熔体流动速率和氧化开始温度等分析方法考察了其在聚丙烯(PP)中的稳定化作用。实验数据显示,双环戊二烯酚型系列抗氧剂的热稳定性随聚合度的增加而降低;将其添加到PP中时,同等添加量的情况下,抗氧剂的聚合度越高,PP的加工稳定性和热稳定性越差。

Abstract: Five DCPD-phenol antioxidants were synthesized from p-cresol and dicyclopentadiene(DCPD), and separated effectively by HPLC. Thermogravimetric analysis (TG), melt flow index (MFI), and oxidation onset temperature (OOT) were employed to characterize the stability of PP containing the antioxidants. With same amount of antioxidant, the stability of PP decreased with increasing degree of polymerization of the antioxidant.
