摘要: 通过微型螺杆挤出成型机制备了笼形八乙烯基硅倍半氧烷(OVP/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS复合材料,探讨了OVP和引发剂的添加对材料力学性能的影响。同时采用SEM对复合材料的断面进行了观测,分析了OVPABS基体中的分散情况。结果表明,未添加引发剂的复合材料中,OVP只是简单的分散在ABS基体中;而添加引发剂的复合材料OVP的表面与ABS发生了接枝反应,使得OVPABS中分散均匀,且增强了与基体的键合,从而提高了复合材料的力学性能。

Abstract: In this paper the tensile fracture-surface of octavinyl-polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(OVP)/ABS composites was observed using a field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The dispersion of OVP in ABS were analyzedthe influence of OVP content on the micro-morphology of fracture-surfaces of composites were investigated as well. When an initiator was introduced, OVP was grafted onto ABS, resulting in better dispersion and improved mechanical properties.
