摘要: 在对螺纹法兰进行结构和工艺分析的基础上,确定了模具的结构和自动脱螺纹方案,采用液压马达和链轮-齿轮机构实现机动旋转脱螺纹。同时应用Pro/Engineer Wildfire3.0设计模具分型面和模具成型零件,通过EMX4.1模架库生成标准模架。该模具设计合理,对其他同类模具的设计工作具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

A mechanism of auto tread demolding was designed, in which hydraulic pressure motors and sprocket-gear were applied to demold the tread flange. The parting plane and molding parts were designed with the help of Pro/E(Pro/Engineer Wildfire3.0)and standard moldbase was established with EMX4.1.
