环氧树脂/甲基环己基次膦酸铝阻燃复合材料性能研究

Properties of Epoxy Resin/Aluminum Methylcyclohexyl Phosphinate Flame Retardant Composites

摘要: 以甲基环己基次膦酸铝(AMHP)作为环氧树脂(EP)的阻燃剂,着重研究了AMHP对EP/ AMHP阻燃复合材料的阻燃性能、力学性能及热稳定性能的影响。结果表明,添加15 %(质量分数,下同) 的AMHP就可以使阻燃复合材料的极限氧指数达到28.6 %,UL 94测试达到V-0级标准,700 ℃时的残炭率为16.34 %,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)明显提高;随着AMHP的加入,阻燃复合材料的冲击强度降低,弯曲强度和弯曲模量略有下降。

Abstract: In this study, a novel aluminum salt of methylcyclohexylphosphinate (AMHP) was used as a flame retardant filler in EP. The flame retardant, thermal, mechanical properties, and morphology of EP/AMHP composites were investigated. It was found that the EP/AMHP composite with only 15 % AMHP achieved the optimal flame retardancy (LOI value of 28.8 and UL-94 V-0 rating). In addition, a char yield of 16.34% at 700℃ of EP/AMHP was observed. However, the addition of AMHP slightly decreased the impact and flexible properties.
