聚乳酸/醋酸淀粉/有机蒙脱土纳米复合材料性能的研究

摘要: 采用熔融插层法制备了聚乳酸/醋酸淀粉/有机蒙脱土(PLA/AS/OMMT)纳米复合材料,利用差示扫描量热仪、动态流变仪和扫描电子显微镜分析了OMMT对纳米复合材料热性能、流变行为和相形态的影响。结果表明,OMMT的加入降低了纳米复合材料的玻璃化转变温度和结晶温度;位于相界面的OMMT增强了PLA和AS两相间的相互作用并降低界面张力,使分散相AS颗粒的尺寸减小、尺寸分布变窄,有效抑制了AS的聚集。

Abstract: The nano-composites of poly(lactic acid)/acetic starch/ organic montmorillonite (PLA/AS/OMMT) were prepared via extrusion melt intercalation. Thermal properties, rheological behavior and phase morphology of the nano-composites were analyzed using scanning calorimetry, dynamic rheometer, and scanning electron microscopy. It showed that OMMT increased the interaction between PLA and AS, inhibited the aggregation of AS, caused the decrease of particle size of AS. However, OMMT decreased Tg and Tc of the nano-composites.
