基于混炼等效的双螺杆挤出机扩能改造方法的研究

Study on the capacity expansion of twin screw extruder based on the equivalent mixing performance

摘要: 基于混炼能量等效原理对双螺杆挤出机扩能改造方法进行研究,利用有限元分析方法,借助平均解聚功、面积拉伸对数和修正的Lyapunov指数等参量评价混炼流场的混合特性。结果表明,当挤出机产量提高15 %时,通过在混炼段末端增加两个捏合盘可以使最终混炼效果与产量提高前等效。

Abstract: The capacity expansion method of twinscrew extruder was studied which based on energy equivalence principle. The finite element method was employed for the analysis, and the mixing characteristics was evaluated by parameters of average deagglomerating energy, the logarithm of area stretch ratio, and the modified Lyapunov index. It showed that the satisfy mixing performance could be obtained by adding two discs at the mixing section and the production output increased 15 %.
