摘要: 测试了4种典型家电用聚丙烯树脂的密度、熔体流动速率、冲击强度及收缩率,采用偏光显微镜表征了4种聚丙烯树脂的结晶行为及晶体结构,并分析了影响EP548R冲击强度及加工性能的主要原因。结果表明,加入了成核剂后,EP548R树脂形成了大量小而致密的球晶,其力学性能都有一定的提高,其中成核剂B的效果最佳,完全可以满足大型薄壁注塑制品的生产要求。

Abstract: In this paper, the density, melt flow rate, impact strength, and shrinkage of four kinds of polypropylene resins used in injection molded appliances were tested, and their crystallization behavior and crystal structure were characterized using polarizing microscope. The affecting factors on impact strength and processing performance of EP548R were analyzed. When nucleating agents were added, the mechanical properties of EP548R increased, and met the demands for large injection molded thinwalled products.
