Packing Pressure of Isosteric Control Method Based on PVT Character of Polymer

摘要: 基于聚合物的压力(P)、温度(T)和比容积(V)之间的关系不随加工方式的改变而变化这种特性,采用修正的双域Tait状态方程,提出了等比容积最佳保压压力曲线的设定,并利用Moldflow软件进行注射保压模拟仿真,提取制品的保压冷却曲线。将理论计算得到的压力温度曲线转化为压力时间曲线,通过不同保压方式的模拟结果对比表明,等比容积保压方法能够显著提高制品的品质。

Abstract: Based on the independence of pressure(P)temperature(T)specific volume(V) relationship of polymer to processing mode, using the modified double domain Tait state equation, a isovolume pressureholding curve was proposed. The injection pressureholding was simulated using Moldflow software, a cooling pressureholding curve of products was extracted. With such a curve we could transfer the pressuretemperature curve into a pressuretime one. Comparison among various pressureholding modes showed that the quality of products could be significantly improved through isovolume pressureholding method.
