摘要: 通过对双工位挤出吹塑中空成型机缓冲液压油缸及缓冲液压油缸回路、吹瓶控制方法、吹气装置的改进,从而保证设备工作运行平稳、定位准确、操作方便。改进后设备生产的安全性、生产效率、产品合格率都有提高。

Abstract: In order to make the doubleposition extrusion hollow blow molding more smoothly with more accurate location and easier operation, the buffer hydrocylinder, hydraulic circuit, bottle blow control method, and the air blow equipment were improved. After the improvement was accomplished, the safety, production efficiency, and product qualification rate of the machine was greatly increased.
