32寸电视液晶显示器后壳注射模设计

摘要: 针对32寸电视液晶显示器后壳的尺寸与结构特点,确定模具采用直浇注系统注射成型、成型推杆加推管的联合推出机构、定制半成品模架以及气动侧抽芯机构的主体结构。最后详细阐述了该模具的结构及工作原理,经生产实践表明,直接浇口能满足塑件的品质要求,有利于塑件的填充。

Abstract: According to the size and structure characteristics of the 32 inch LCD TV shell,a mold structure was designed, in which a direct injection system, a push mechanism with rod and tube, a custom semi-finished mold, and a pneumatic side core-pulling institution were adopted. The structure and working principle of the mold were satisfactory for the fully filling of plastic melt and plastic parts with high quality were obtained.
