摘要: 应用UG NX软件开展了马达螺纹水壶后盖的注塑模具设计,对螺纹塑件进行了注塑工艺分析,设计、验算了注塑模具的浇注系统、冷却系统和脱模机构。通过外部动力带动齿轮副传递动力,实现马达螺纹水壶后盖顺利脱模,生产效率高,塑件品质保持性好,适合于塑件批量化自动生产。

Abstract: An injection mold of motor canteen rear covers with threads was designed using UG NX software. Gating system, cooling system, and demolding mechanism were designed and calculated. With the electric motor, gears rotating transfers the power to mold core, and the plastic parts could be demolded successfully. This mold was suitable for stable, high quality, high efficiency production.
