摘要/Abstract

摘要： 根据汽车前大灯透镜的结构特点和外观要求，设计了一副大型精密注塑模具。详细总结了斜向侧抽芯机构、定距分型机构，以及“垂直式水管+倾斜式水管+隔片式水井”温度控制系统和“推块+推杆”脱模系统的设计要点和经验。

Abstract: A large-sized and precision injection mold was designed on the basis of the structural feature and aspect of automobile headlight lenses. The design ideas and experiences were summerized in terms of the inclined side core-pulling mechanism, the fixed distance parting mechanism, the “vertical water pipe+gradient water pipe+buffle-type water way” cooling mode, and the “elector pad+ejector pin” stripping system.
