Design of Stacked-hot-runner-type Injection Molds for Outlet Joints of Cylinder Heads

摘要: 根据企业提供的产品以及技术要求,确定了叠层式热流道的模具结构,通过Moldflow软件的注射成型模拟,验证了成型方案的可行性;设计了侧向抽芯和分型机构、浇注系统、二次推出机构、电加热温控系统以及其他模具零件。所设计的模具已应用于实际生产中,并取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract: According to the product and technical requests for the injection-molded outlet joints of cylinder heads provided by an enterprise, the injuction mould used for the production of this outlet joint was designed by adopting a stacked-hot-runner structure, and the feasibility of designed scheme was confirmed through a molding simulation using a Moldflow software. Furthermore, the side core-pushing and side parting mechanisms, a stacked-hot-runner system, a two-step ejection mechanism and electrical heat and temperature control systems were designed. The mould has been used for the practical production and proved that it has reasonable structure.
