汽车中央通道主体大型注塑模具设计

摘要: 根据汽车中央通道主体的结构特点和外观要求及汽车中央通道主体注塑模具成型零件、侧向抽芯机构、浇注系统、温度控制系统、导向定位系统和脱模系统的设计要点和经验,设计了一副侧向抽芯、2点顺序阀热流道大型注塑模具。实例测试表明,模具动作安全稳定,结构先进合理,成型周期和成型塑件精度都达到了设计要求;模具成型周期控制在60 s左右,劳动生产率提高了约10 %

Abstract: On basis of structural characteristics and appearance requirements for main bodies of auto central channels, a large-sized side core-pulling injection mold equipped by a hot runner system with two sequence valves was designed in terms of the design considerations and experiences of injection mold forming parts, side core-pulling mechanism, gating system, temperature control system, guiding system and stripping ejection system. Injection molding tests indicated that the mold was safe and stable during motion due to its reasonable structure, and its forming cycle and precision met the requirements for our design. The cast study demonstrated that the productivity increased by approximate 10 % when the forming cycle of the mold was controlled at about 60 s.
