摘要: 以不等厚塑件为研究对象,采用有限元软件对塑料制品的注射成型过程进行模拟,提出预变形补偿技术来减少制品翘曲变形量,其中采用了不等厚塑件模具分型面补偿技术。计算机辅助工程(CAE)分析与试验模具的结果表明,制品的翘曲变形量由原来的1.830 mm减少到0.1 mm的范围内。

Abstract: In this paper, the unequal thickness plastic parts was studied. The injection molding of plastic parts was simulated through finiteelement software, the predeformation compensation technology was used for mold parting surface. CAE analysis and experimental results showed that the amount of warpage of plastic parts was reduced from 1.830 to 0.1 mm
