水准仪左右盖注塑模设计

摘要: 根据水准仪左右盖的结构特点,对该塑件的热流道、侧向抽芯注塑模具进行了设计。重点对模具浇注系统、成型零件、排气系统、侧向分型与抽芯机构以及冷却系统进行了分析和研究,确定了安全合理、经济实用的模具结构。通过采用针阀式热射嘴,以及倾斜抽芯、复合抽芯、延时抽芯和强制抽芯等多种侧向抽芯机构,成型塑件尺寸和质量都达到了设计要求。

Abstract: According to the structural characteristics of level instrument's L/R cover, an injection mould with side core-pulling and hot runner was designed. analysis and study were made on the mold parting surface, gating system, forming parts, exhaust system, side parting, core pulling mechanism. Through the use of needle valve type hot nozzle and a variety of side core-pulling mechanism, such as inclined core-pulling, composite core pulling, time-delay and forced core pulling, the moud fully met the requirements of above level instrument.
