摘要: 本文采用高压毛细管流变仪及HAKKE转矩流变仪对PVC/M-80共混体系的流变性能进行了研究。探讨了原料组分比,以及加工工艺参数对PVC/M-80共混体系流变性能的影响。结果表明,PVC/M-80共混体系熔体是典型的非牛顿假塑性流体;随着M-80组分比的增加,共混体系熔体的平衡扭矩和熔体温度均呈明显的降低趋势;共混体系熔体的平衡扭矩随加工温度的增加呈线性降低;在常用加工转速范围内,转速对共混体系流动性的影响不明显。

Abstract: The rheological properties of PVC/M-80 blends was studied with a high pressure capillary rheometer and HAKKE torque rheometer. The effects of the content of the M-80 and processing conditions on the rheological properties of PVC/M-80 were investigated. The results show PVC/M-80 melt blends system is a typical non Newtonian pseudoplastic fluid; the balance torque and melt temperature decrease with the increase of the content of M-80, the balance torque linearly reduces with the increase of the processing temperature, but the effect of rotor speed on rheological properties is not obvious in conventional processing range.
