化学微交联改性对聚氨酯性能的影响

摘要: 采用聚醚型聚氨酯添加不同的交联助剂,通过双螺杆挤出机反应挤出制备了微交联聚氨酯,并利用扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪等测试手段对微交联聚氨酯的结晶性能及力学性能等进行了研究。结果表明,制备的微交联聚氨酯交联度在0.4 %~7.0 %之间;对于不同交联助剂制得的聚氨酯,随着交联度的增大,交联聚氨酯的拉伸强度下降,冲击强度提高,断裂伸长率变化不大;微交联改性破坏了聚氨酯软、硬段的规整性排列,结晶熔融峰温度降低,结晶熔融吸热焓值明显降低。

Abstract: Into polyether polyurethane, different crosslinking agents were introduced, microcrosslinked polyurethane with a crosslinking degree between 0.4 %~7.0 % was prepared via double screws extrusion. With increasing crosslinking degree, the impact strength of the microcrosslinked polyurethane increased, tensile strength decreased, and the elongation at break was not affected. DSC analysis showed that the crosslinking decreased the crystallinity, melting point, and melting enthalpy of polyurethane.
