摘要: 双色注射成型技术是近10年来发展起来的,在注塑模具领域具有革新意义的核心技术之一。它的发明和广泛使用,为塑料制品谱写了新的篇章。文中介绍了鼠标面盖双色注塑模具及其设计经验和技巧。模具采用双浇注系统,浇口分别采用点浇口和潜伏式浇口,其中PC潜伏式浇口最后通道由辅助型芯成型。模具侧向抽芯机构较复杂,由定模滑块和动模斜顶组成。模具冷却水道布置均衡,导向定位系统安全可靠,是双色注塑模具中的一个经典实例。

Abstract: Double-shot molding technology is developed in recent 10 years, It′s one of the core technology of innovative significance in injection moulding field.it was invented and widely used, to write a new chapter for plastic products. This paper introduces the double-shot mold for mouse cover and the design experience and skills. There two feed system, One is pin point gate and other is submarine gate. The last channel of PC melt is molding by the auxiliary core. Mold side core-pulling mechanism is very complicated, which is composed of a slider in fixed mould and a angle ejector rod in movable mould. Water channel of mould layout equilibrium, guiding and positioning system is safe and reliable, It is a classic example of double-shot mold.
