Design of Large Injection Moulds for Printer Base Boards

摘要: 根据打印机基板的结构特点,采用热流道、侧向抽芯、定距分型和推件先复位机构设计了一副大型注塑模具。该模具在侧向抽芯、浇注系统和脱模系统中采用了较多先进和创新性的结构,是一副典型的大型、复杂、精密和长寿命注塑模具。

Abstract: According to the structural characteristics of printer base boards, a large injection mold was designed by using hot runner, side core pulling, fixeddistance parting, and reset mechanism. The analysis of the mold was focused on the forming parts, gating system, side core pulling mechanism, temperature control system, oriented positioning system, and stripping system. The practice had proved that the mold structure was reasonable, and the quality of molding parts reached the design requirements.
