螺杆柱塞式注塑机注射单元内熔体流动的数值模拟

摘要: 使用POLYFLOW软件模拟了特定条件下熔体在注射单元中的流动状态。模拟结果显示:在最大注射速度下,熔体流经喷嘴时的压力损失很大;熔体在最高注射压力下流动时,随着模腔压力的增大,注射速度逐渐减小,但熔体流经喷嘴时,速度骤增。

Abstract: The method of strength check for the for-barrel of high pressure screw-plunger injector was introduced based on a case study. The stress and deformation of the for-barrel was analysed under maximum injection pressure by using finite element analysis software ANSYS. Finally, the flow state of the melt in injection unit under specific conditions was simulated. Such results provided a theoretical basis for the design of the for-barrel and the control of the injection speed.
