基于Moldflow分析的手套箱注塑模具设计

摘要: 根据汽车手套箱的结构特点和外观要求,利用模流分析软件Moldflow确定了浇口的最佳位置、充填时间、注射压力、锁模力,分析了熔接线、气穴、翘曲等缺陷,优化了模具设计方案,为模具结构设计提供了合理的依据,并利用UG软件详细设计出塑件模具的浇注系统、冷却系统、滑块机构等结构。结果表明,浇口数量为4个、充填时间为2.014 s、最大注射压力为43.97 MPa、锁模力为446.7 t; 塑件模具采用4点浇注系统、10 mm管道直径的冷却系统、4个滑块机构等结构,有效地缩短了汽车手套箱注塑模具的生产周期。

Abstract: In the design of injection mold of on-car glove box, the optimal gate location, filling time, injection pressure, clamping force were determined and the defects like weld bond ,cavitation, and warp were analyzed using software Moldflow. Subsequently, a four-number gating system, a 10 mm-diameter pipe cooling system, and other structures were designed using software UG. The optimal parameters were filling time 2.014 s, the largest injection pressure 43.97 MPa, and the clamping force 446.7 t. Such a design effectively reduced the production period of the glove box injection.
