熔体层厚度对L形异型材包覆共挤成型影响的数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Effects of Melt Layer Thickness on L-shaped Coextruded Coated Plastic Profiles

摘要: 以L形包覆共挤异型材为研究对象,采用Phan-Thien-Tanner(PTT) 本构方程,通过有限元方法分析了包覆共挤成型过程中的挤出胀大现象。结果表明,熔体层厚度的变化对整体挤出胀大率基本无影响,而对壳层、芯层胀大率及共挤界面L形内直角处沿X、Y方向的偏转均有较大的影响;当整体口模尺寸不变时,在口模出口处的最大剪切速率不受壳层、芯层厚度变化的影响。

Abstract: Extrusion swell of L-shaped profiles during coating co-extrusion was analyzed by the Phan-Thien-Tanner (PTT) constitutive equations and finite element. It was found that the overall extrusion swell ratio kept constant when the thickness of core layer changed, but the swell rate in shell, core layer and along the X, Y direction of the concave right angle in L-shaped die were all changed dramatically. When the overall size of the die kept constant, the maximum shear rate at the die exit kept constant.
