摘要: 借助模流仿真分析技术在计算机上进行试模,并进一步对产品进行成型工艺窗口分析,确定各注塑参数的取值范围。研究表明,采用阀式浇注技术可从根本上消除或大幅降低熔接痕对制品的影响;借助模流仿真分析技术可以大大减少产品试模修模的次数,降低产品生产成本。

Abstract: The injection process for car bumpers was numerically simulated using software Moldflow in this paper. A set of injection parameters were determined, which was subjected to further adjustments based on molding window analysis. It showed that the injection molding simulation technology could reduce mold modification and the cost of the products, and thus is of great practical significance to bumper manufacturing.
